Updated April 1, 2021

On April 6, the Skirball campus will reopen to Skirball Members for Noah’s Outdoor Explorers. Specially created for families with young children and inspired by the messages and meaning of Noah’s Ark at the Skirball™, this new Member program will offer an array of meaningful experiences out in the fresh air.

On May 15, we open our doors to the general public with the Southern California debut of Ai Weiwei: Trace, a compelling new exhibition by the famed contemporary artist.

In order to monitor visitor capacity in accordance with public-health guidelines, advance timed-entry reservations are required for both experiences.

The Skirball Museum and Noah’s Ark galleries, Family Art Studio, Archaeology Dig, Audrey’s Museum Store, and Zeidler’s Café remain closed at this time. Thank you for your patience. In the meantime, visit Skirball at Home to learn about virtual talks and concerts, online classes, family-friendly activities to do at home, and carry-out meals prepared by our culinary team.

Most Skirball staff are working from home and available to receive and reply to email and voicemail. Please stay in touch, and thank you for your understanding if our response time is longer than usual.
